Kenneth E. Smith

     Kenneth E. Smith, age 98,of Oil City, died early Friday morning, December 27, 2024 at UPMC Northwest Hospital in Seneca, following a brief illness. 

Mr. Smith served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. 

     He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Neubauer; and his son, Craig Smith.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie. 

Private funeral arrangements are being completed by Hile-Best Funeral Home in Seneca where full military honors will be accorded by the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard.  

Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
