Judy L. Bell Bloom Schott, 77, of Seneca, Cranberry Township, passed away Wednesday afternoon June 11, 2025 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca following a courageous battle with cancer.
Judy was born in Oil City on October 29, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Richard and Margaret Lucille Whitcomb Bell. She was a graduate of Cranberry High School. Judy owned a number of local businesses including a pizza shop, flower shop, clothing store, and bakery. She enjoyed crafting and paining, planning gatherings and picnics and traveling to Florida and Texas. Most especially, she enjoyed the company of animals. She was an avid caretaker of many dogs, cats, and birds. Judy cared deeply for her church and was always willing to help organize fundraising events.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Interment was in Heckathorn Cemetery with the Rev. Melissa Whitling, officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hile – Best Funeral Home 2781 Rte. 257 Seneca, Cranberry Township.
