Judy Lyn Ehrhart, 62, of Oil City, died Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, following an extended illness.
She was born in Pittsburgh on June 17, 1961, a daughter of the late Regina (Slattery) Krupitzer.
Judy attended Cranberry schools and graduated from Pittsburgh University with an associate degree in physical therapy.
She loved spending time with her granddaughter and her girlfriends. Judy enjoyed thrifting, crafts, gardening, playing games, puzzles, reading, and joking around. She had a great sense of humor that will be greatly missed.
She worked at Reno Plastics as well as for Community Resources for Independence (C.R.I.).
Judy is survived by three children: Eric Krupitzer and wife Kate of Pittsburgh, Katie Jane Ehrhart of Pittsburgh, and Levi Woodcock of Oil City; and a granddaughter, Alexa Lake of Franklin. Also surviving is a sister, Jane Hutchinson and husband Gene of Oil City; a brother, Dan Krupitzer and wife Staci of Cochranton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Regina Krupitzer; and a brother, Bill Krupitzer Jr.
Visitation will be held Friday (Aug. 25) from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, where a funeral service will follow Friday at 1:30 p.m. officiated by Rev. Larry Aldrich.
Interment will follow in Rynd Farm Cemetery near Rouseville in Cornplanter Township.
