Ezekiel Elisha White

                Ezekiel Elisha White, 17, of Pleasantville, went Home to his Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 10, 2021. 

                He was born in Lebanon, Missouri on April 22, 2003 to Gabriel Uriah and Irene Cecilia (Cox) White. 

                Ezekiel was in his senior year at Titusville High School.  He had a passion for running and was a member of the cross country and track and field teams.  He also enjoyed playing Chess and having fun and making his friends laugh. 

                He was in the process of enlisting in the U.S. Army.  He was working with recruiters and planned to begin following graduation. 

                He and his family were involved with the home-church program, Genesis 2:3 Ministry.

                Ezekiel loved running and completed many races, including half marathons, and 5K and 10 K races.  He enjoyed participating in the Titusville YMCA Turkey Trot each November. 

                He was currently working at McDonald's in Titusville; and he also did yard work and odd jobs for neighbors in Pleasantville.  

                He is survived by his parents, Gabriel and Irene White of Pleasantville; five siblings, all of Pleasantville:  Trinity, Josiah,  Naomi, Emmanuel, and Nehemiah White; his paternal grandfather, Tommy White of California; his maternal grandparents, Tommy and Tyla Cox of Titusville; and his great-grandmother, Martha Welshans of California. 

                He is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles:  Ryan White and his wife Amanda, Robby White, Nina Cox, Erin Bell, T.J. Cox and his wife Melissa, Joshua Cox and his wife Becky, Kyle Cox, and Ashlyn Cox; and many cousins. 

                He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joyce White; his great-grandmother, Dorothy Cox; his great-grandfather, Jack Corrales; and his paternal great-grandparents, James and Dorothy White and Earl and Afton Jordan. 

                A memorial service to celebrate Ezekiel's life will be held Saturday (January 16, 2021) at  2:00 p.m. in the Pleasantville Community Church, 343 West State Street in Pleasantville, PA  16341.  Church pastor Shawn Jacobson will officiate.  

                Funeral arrangements are being completed by Hile-Best Funeral Home in Seneca.
