Elsie Elizabeth Culp, 77, of Venus (Pinegrove Township), died Friday night, February 28, 2025 at Clarion Hospital, following a brief illness.
She was born in Oil City on December 3, 1947. She was a daughter of the late William and Ethel (Bish) Blair.
She was married on January 13, 1972 to Donald George Culp, and he preceded her in death on April 20, 2020.
In her earlier years, she enjoyed horses and attending parades. Elsie liked go-kart racing, dirt track racing, and tractor drag racing, especially at Horsethief Days in Knox. Other favorite hobbies included playing Bingo and the Pennsylvania Lottery games; and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Joe Culp and his wife Heather of Venus; a granddaughter, Mallory Culp and her fiancé Brad; a grandson, Joey Culp; and a great-grandson, Emmett.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Max Blair.
