Deanne "Mike" Semprevivo, 85, of Seneca, formerly of Rocky Grove, died Sunday, October 19, 2025 at The Collins House, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Shippenville on May 16, 1940 to the late James Francis and Freeda Bell (Hulings) Guth.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles Club, the P.N.A., and the V.F.W. Mike enjoyed camping at Lake Wilhelm Campground for forty years and made many camping friends there. She also enjoyed being out on the water and going fishing. Mike enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, playing Bingo, and shopping.
She was an avid bowler and was inducted into the GORBA Hall of Fame in 2023; and was known by the nickname "Headpin."
She was married in Clarion County on April 24, 1959 to Ralph Semprevivo Jr., and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2020.
Mike is survived by her son, Tony Semprevivo and his wife Shelly of Seneca; her grandchildren, Jodi Miller and husband Dale Jr. of Rocky Grove, and Anthony Semprevivo and wife Liz of Rocky Grove; great-grandchildren, Jessica Whitten and husband Randy of Cooperstown, Kaleb Miller and wife Shelby of Rocky Grove, and Gwen Semprevivo of Rocky Grove; and her great-great-grandchildren, Kolt, Aubrey, Ryleigh, Ellianna, and Carter. She is also survived by her sister, Priscilla "Pete" Reisinger of Erie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Booth and Patricia Wartenberg.
Visitation will be held for friends and family from 6 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday (October 22) in Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca. A brief service will be held at 8 p.m. Private interment will be made in Phipps Cemetery near Kossuth at the convenience of the family.
Mike's family would like to thank Sugarcreek Station for their six years of care, as well as The Collins Hospice House for their care and support during her final days.
