Chandra Beth Felmlee, 59, of Victory Heights, passed away at 7:26 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026 in the comfort of her home following a courageous battle with cancer, while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Grove City on October 26, 1966; a daughter of the late Helen L. Donahue and the late Lloyd Clyde Hulings.
Chandra loved the Lord and is now at peace in her Heavenly Home. Her faith never wavered as she was battling her cancer. Chandra attended the former Seneca United Methodist Church.
She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Richard Shawn Felmlee on July 21, 1990.
She graduated from North Clarion High School in 1984 with her lifelong friend, Terri Irwin. She participated in cheerleading and was in the band front. As a teenager, she worked with her mother at the Sawmill Restaurant in Leeper. Upon graduating from Erie Business Center in 1986 with an associate degree in medical business, she became employed at Electralloy and also worked at the V.A. Medical Center in Erie. Later, she worked at the Sheetz Headquarters in Altoona as an administrative assistant, where she rode the Red Baron bi-plane. Chandra always enjoyed an adventure!
After her children were raised, she helped her husband with Felmlee Oil Undercoating and Felmlee Biomedical businesses. She was later employed by Wal-Mart for several years, where she met Deb Daniel, who became one of her closest friends and her partner-in-crime!
Chandra was a treasured wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Her grandkids, who she loved dearly, called her Mimi. She enjoyed gardening, swimming in her pool, thrift shopping, riding motorcycles with Shawn, camping, boating, and water sports with her family and friends. She also enjoyed the companionship of her German Shorthair Pointers, Rocky and Mako, they will miss her terribly.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Shawn; her daughter Aneisa Marsh and her husband Paul of Seneca and their children Carrick and Loretta Marsh; her daughter Alexi Felmlee of Victory Heights and her former partner Chloe Hoover of Fertigs and their daughter Cypress Hoover; and her son Ty Felmlee of Franklin and his girlfriend Rachel Dressler.
Also surviving is her sister, Desiree Rhodes of Franklin; her brother, Grant Hulings and his wife Mary Anne of Fairview; and her nieces and nephews: Danielle Perlak (Chris), Ashley Plunkett (Joshua), Megan, Kaitlyn, and Shannon Hulings, and her nephew, Bryce Rhodes and his fiancé Hannah; and a great-niece, Addie Plunkett. She also had numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as a sister, Tonnet "Toni" Reiner, and a brother, Lance Donahue.
In addition to her parents, Helen Donahue and Lloyd "Tooker" Hulings, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Marilyn Felmlee; her sister-in-law, Sherry Felmlee; and her step-father, John Donahue.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Shannon Penland and the staff at the Hillman Cancer Center as well as the Venango County VNA (Kari and Cheryl) for their care and support.
A visitation for family and her closest friends will be held on Thursday (March 12) from 1 - 2 p.m. in Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, where a funeral service will follow Thursday at 2 p.m. with Rev.
