Carol E. Johnson

Carol E. Johnson, 81, of Oil City, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

She was born on July 12, 1944 to the late Albert Rex Sr. and Wilma (Wurster) Rex. 

Carol worked at the Franklin Hospital in the Housekeeping department until her retirement. 

She was of the Methodist faith.  Carol enjoyed camping, the outdoors, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Johnson; two grandsons, Levi Johnson Sr. and Tyler Russell; and three great-grandsons, Hayden McCool, Levi Johnson Jr., and Sylus Johnson. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry Johnson Jr.; four brothers, William, Wade, Clifford, and Albert Rex Jr.; and two sisters, Margaret Beichner, and a baby sister Edith. 

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service held.
