I knew Sandy for many years having worked at Tionesta Lake for the Army Corps of Engineers. She worked for numerous contractors and in my view was invaluable to them and the Corps due to her hard working and reliable personality. She kept me posted on her family happenings and I always enjoyed talking with her. My deepest sympathy to all her family and I wish you lasting joy of your fondest memories.
