Raymond P. Naser, 58, of Titusville, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019.
He was born August 22, 1960 in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Robert Naser, Sr. and Agnes (Atkinson) Naser.
Ray graduated from West Forest High School in 1979. He went on to serve his country in the United States Navy for sixteen years. After the Navy, he worked at Pennzoil, and then for the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. Most recently, he was employed by the Meadville District of PennDOT as an equipment operator.
Ray was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and the North American Hunting Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, David Naser; and a nephew, Bruce Naser.
Surviving are his siblings: George Naser (Amy), Robert Naser, Jr. (Debra), Elsie Hale, and Tracy Freeman (Allen); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ray had a tremendous appreciation for wildlife and the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking, shed antler hunting, and camping. He was a wonderful mentor to his nephews, John and Jeremy Oliver. They valued spending time with Ray in the outdoors. Since childhood, they enjoyed listening to stories of his adventures and great hunts. They will miss him very much, and treasure the memories they had with Uncle Ray.
