It was always a pleasure to meet and talk to Joe, with his upbeat personality and charming smile. Nice to see in his picture that he kept that smile. Sad to think he had to go through such rough times, but so good that he had such thoughtful, loving caregivers as Gale and Joe, Jr. I think they followed the example set by their good parents, Doris and Joe.

Gale and Joe
What a wonderful tribute to your father. He was so fortunate to have two of the most loving and caring children anyone could have. You cared for him to the very end of his journey here on earth. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing you will see him again in heaven with your beautiful mother.

I really enjoyed Joe when he came to visit, when he came to our family picnic and when we played golf together. He was a fine man and everybody's friend. He will be missed by so many people. He lived a good and long life.
