Kimberly S. Lutz, 51, of Cranberry, died Thursday afternoon, April 20, 2017 at UPMC Hamot in Erie following a sudden illness. 

          She was born in Titusville to the late Fredrick and Donna (Jameson) Perry on July 14, 1965.

          Kim attended schools in both Titusville and Cranberry. 

          She was of the protestant faith. 

          Kim was a NASCAR enthusiast and she and her husband enjoyed going to many of the NASCAR races.  She also cherished time with her grandchildren, and the companionship of her dog, "Teddy." 

          Mrs. Lutz was a homemaker. 

          Surviving is her husband of 34 years, Frank J. Lutz; her daughter, Amanda J. Graham and her companion, Michael Hoff, of Oil City; two grandchildren, Anastasia Hoff and Kelli Graham; and two step-grandchildren, Katrina Hoff and Augustus Hoff, all of Oil City. 

          Kim is also survived by two brothers, Fredrick Perry and John Perry, both of Titusville; a sister, Sue Ann Madison of Bartonsville; and numerous nieces and nephews, including a very special niece who used to live with Kim and Frank, Shawna Vaughn of Titusville. 

          She was preceded in death by her parents, Fredrick and Donna Perry. 

          Friends and family will be received Sunday (April 23) from 6 - 8 p.m. in the Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, Cranberry Township.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday (Apr. 24) at 10:30 a.m.   Rev. Sam Wagner, associate pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin, will officiate.   Interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery in Cranberry.
