Billie Owen Sanner, Jr., 42, of Pinegrove Township, Oil City, died early Monday morning, April 11, 2016 from injuries sustained in a house fire.

He was born January 23, 1974 in Oil City to Billie O. Sanner, Sr. and Penny Sue (Burgett) Sanner.

He attended Cranberry High School and the Vo-Tech school in Oil City where he studied welding.

Mr. Sanner was of the protestant faith.

Billie enjoyed attending and entering cars in various car shows, hunting, racing, and riding his four-wheeler. He was a NASCAR and a Dale Earnhardt fan, and also enjoyed Elvis Presley music. He cherished the companionship of his mini-pinscher dog, "Killer." Sadly, "Killer" also perished in the fire.

Billie worked with his father at Sanner Auto Repair in Coal Hill.

He is survived by his parents, Billie and Penny Sanner of Oil City; a son, Billie O. Sanner, IV; a brother, Robert E. Wilson and his wife Valerie of Indiana, PA; and eight sisters: Michelle S. Haupt and her husband Neil of Oil City, Lori A. Lockhart of Rouseville, Angel E. Daly and her husband Scott of Dempseytown, Julie A. Sanner of Northport, Florida, Lisa E. Arthur, Kari L. Sanner, Lori L. Gafkjen and her husband Tim, and Jill M. Sanner, all of Marion, Ohio.

Billie is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, and a sister, Brenda S. Sanner.

Friends and family will be received Friday (April 15th) from noon until 3 p.m. in the Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, Cranberry Township. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home Friday at 3 p.m. with Rev. Jamie Fowler, officiating.

Private interment will follow in Fertigs Cemetery, Pinegrove Township.
